TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: January 1 2026
Welcome to National Parks Baseball Resort ("NPBR," "National Parks Baseball Resort," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, lodging accommodations, tournaments, events, facilities, products, services, and all related offerings.
By accessing our website, registering for events, booking accommodations, purchasing products, attending tournaments, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. ELIGIBILITY
By using our services, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- You have the authority to enter into legally binding agreements.
- All information provided to National Parks Baseball Resort is accurate and complete.
Parents, guardians, coaches, and team representatives are responsible for ensuring that minors under their supervision comply with these Terms.
2. RESORT, TOURNAMENT & EVENT REGISTRATION
Tournament registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration is not guaranteed until payment has been received and confirmed.
National Parks Baseball Resort reserves the right to:
- Accept or deny any registration.
- Modify tournament formats, schedules, divisions, venues, game times, or rules.
- Combine divisions if participation levels require.
- Cancel or reschedule events due to weather, safety concerns, facility issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Teams are responsible for ensuring player eligibility and roster accuracy.
Any team found to have falsified eligibility information may be removed from the event without refund.
3. RESORT ACCOMMODATIONS
Guests staying in resort accommodations agree to:
- Comply with all posted resort policies.
- Observe quiet hours as designated by management.
- Maintain accommodations in good condition.
- Respect occupancy limits.
- Supervise minors at all times.
National Parks Baseball Resort reserves the right to remove any guest who violates resort policies or engages in disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or abusive conduct.
Guests are financially responsible for damage caused by members of their party beyond normal wear and tear.
4. DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Reservation deposits and tournament registration deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payment schedules, cancellation deadlines, and refund eligibility may vary by event, tournament, lodging package, or reservation type.
Refund requests shall be governed by the refund policy in effect at the time of booking.
National Parks Baseball Resort reserves the right to assess reasonable administrative fees for cancellations, changes, or transfers.
5. WEATHER, AIR QUALITY & FORCE MAJEURE
Baseball and outdoor recreation are subject to changing environmental conditions.
National Parks Baseball Resort may modify, delay, suspend, or cancel activities due to:
- Rain
- Snow
- Lightning
- Wildfire smoke
- Air quality concerns
- Extreme heat
- Flooding
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Public health emergencies
- Utility disruptions
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
No guarantees are made regarding the completion of scheduled games, events, activities, or accommodations due to such circumstances.
Any refunds or credits shall be governed solely by our published refund policies.
6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Guests acknowledge that participation in baseball, outdoor recreation, hiking, camping, sightseeing, lodging, and related activities involves inherent risks.
Such risks may include:
- Baseball-related injuries
- Slips, trips, and falls
- Uneven terrain
- Wildlife encounters
- Weather-related hazards
- Vehicle accidents
- Flying objects and equipment
- Physical exertion
- Illness or injury
By participating in activities at National Parks Baseball Resort, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with such participation.
7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants, guests, parents, guardians, coaches, spectators, and visitors release and hold harmless National Parks Baseball Resort, its owners, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, and partners from claims arising out of participation in activities or use of resort facilities.
This release applies to personal injury, property damage, economic loss, illness, death, and any other damages arising from participation, attendance, or use of facilities except where prohibited by applicable law.
8. WILDLIFE & OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENT NOTICE
National Parks Baseball Resort operates within a natural environment near public lands and wildlife habitats.
Guests may encounter:
- Bears
- Moose
- Bison
- Deer
- Coyotes
- Birds of prey
- Other wildlife
Guests are responsible for exercising caution and following all posted safety instructions.
National Parks Baseball Resort is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from wildlife encounters or natural environmental conditions.
9. CODE OF CONDUCT
All guests, teams, players, coaches, parents, and spectators are expected to behave respectfully.
The following conduct may result in immediate removal without refund:
- Harassment
- Threatening behavior
- Fighting
- Abuse of officials
- Discrimination
- Property damage
- Illegal activity
- Excessive intoxication
- Unsportsmanlike conduct
National Parks Baseball Resort reserves sole discretion regarding enforcement of this Code of Conduct.
10. PHOTO, VIDEO & MEDIA RELEASE
By entering resort property or participating in any event, tournament, activity, or program, guests grant National Parks Baseball Resort the irrevocable right to photograph, film, record, and use their likeness, voice, image, team name, and related content for marketing, advertising, promotional, editorial, and commercial purposes.
No compensation shall be owed for such use.
This authorization includes use across websites, social media platforms, digital advertising, printed materials, broadcasts, livestreams, and future promotional content.
11. LIVESTREAMS & CONTENT OWNERSHIP
All event broadcasts, livestreams, photographs, videos, graphics, tournament content, and related materials produced by National Parks Baseball Resort are the exclusive property of National Parks Baseball Resort.
No person may reproduce, rebroadcast, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit such content without prior written permission.
12. WEBSITE USE
Users may access our website only for lawful purposes.
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with website operations
- Use automated scraping tools
- Copy website content without permission
- Introduce malware or malicious code
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, videos, content, and branding associated with National Parks Baseball Resort are protected by intellectual property laws.
No rights are granted except those expressly stated in writing.
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
Use of our services is at your own risk.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, National Parks Baseball Resort shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or exemplary damages arising from use of our website, facilities, tournaments, accommodations, products, or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless National Parks Baseball Resort and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use of our facilities or services
- Damage caused by you or members of your party
- Violations of law
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Idaho.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of National Parks Baseball Resort facilities shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of Idaho.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
National Parks Baseball Resort reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
