Head Chef & Kitchen Manager

National Parks Baseball Resort is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead all culinary operations at our one-of-a-kind baseball destination resort opening in 2027. Responsibilities include menu development, recipe creation, food purchasing, inventory management, concession operations, and leading a high-performing culinary team serving players, coaches, and families throughout the tournament season. This position is based in Tetonia, Idaho, and candidates must live within a reasonable driving distance or be willing to relocate. During our peak season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), onsite housing and meals may be available.

Head Umpire

The Head Umpire at National Parks Baseball Resort will help deliver a first-class tournament experience built on professionalism, integrity, and sportsmanship. As Head Umpire, you'll oversee umpire scheduling, mentor and support your crew, ensure consistent rule enforcement, and play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for players, coaches, and families at one of the nation's newest premier youth baseball destinations.

Onsite Sports Trainer

The Onsite Sports Trainer will serve as the primary medical resource at National Parks Baseball Resort, providing first aid, injury assessment, and emergency medical support during tournaments and sporting events. This role will work closely with players, coaches, families, and resort staff to ensure prompt, professional care and help maintain a safe environment throughout the resort.

Onsite Nurse (RN)

The Onsite Registered Nurse (RN) will serve as the primary medical resource at National Parks Baseball Resort, providing nursing care, first aid, injury assessment, and medical support for players, coaches, families, and staff. The RN will also oversee medication-related needs, maintain appropriate medical records and supplies, and coordinate with parents, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and emergency services when necessary.

Assistant Head of Security

As the Assistant Head of Security at National Parks Baseball Resort, you'll support the Head of Security in maintaining a safe, secure, and family-friendly environment throughout the resort. You'll help supervise security staff, coordinate daily operations, assist with emergency response planning, and ensure guests, players, coaches, and employees have a safe and enjoyable experience. Resident General Manager

As the Resident General Manager at National Parks Baseball Resort, you'll live onsite and serve as the steward of the entire property, overseeing its day-to-day operations, maintenance, guest experience, and long-term success. You'll manage the resort year-round, coordinate staff and vendors, ensure the facilities are maintained to the highest standards, and create a welcoming environment for every player, coach, family, and visitor.
