The vision for National Parks Baseball Resort continues to move forward, and we're excited to share another progress update! Every week brings us one step closer to creating an unforgettable baseball destination where families can experience elite competition while exploring some of America's most incredible national parks.

Behind the scenes, our team has been working through the critical planning and development phases that lay the foundation for a world-class resort. From refining site plans and engineering work to coordinating with consultants, partners, and local officials, we're making steady progress toward breaking ground. While much of this work isn't always visible, these milestones are essential to ensuring the resort is built the right way and delivers an incredible experience for every player, coach, family, and the surrounding community.

Recent Progress

• Proposed shared community cross-country ski and dog race trail that wraps around the perimeter of the property and weaves between the Ghost Fields and the championship baseball fields, creating a unique year-round recreational amenity for local residents and visitors.
  
• Proposed shared community soccer field located in the northwest corner of the property, providing additional recreational opportunities for local youth leagues, families, and community events.
• Continued advancement of engineering, architecture, and site planning.
  
• Ongoing coordination with development partners, contractors, and consultants.
  
• Refinement of resort layouts, championship baseball facilities, and guest accommodations.
  
• Progress through permitting, approvals, and infrastructure planning.

• Evaluating premium temporary lodging accommodations as a contingency plan to ensure every team enjoys a comfortable, high-quality stay if our permanent lodging requires additional time to complete.
  

Looking Ahead

Our entire team remains focused on completing Phase 1 of National Parks Baseball Resort in time to welcome our first teams on June 28, 2027. Every week brings meaningful progress as we move closer to turning this vision into reality.

As part of responsible project planning, we're also preparing for every possible scenario. While our primary objective is to have our permanent team lodging completed for Opening Day, we're exploring high-quality temporary lodging accommodations as a contingency plan. If needed, these accommodations will provide players, coaches, and families with a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay while construction of the permanent lodging is finalized. This proactive approach allows us to confidently move forward while ensuring every team enjoys the first-class experience we've promised.

Beyond baseball, we're continuing to explore ways for the resort to become a year-round community asset. Proposed amenities like the shared cross-country ski and dog race trail and the community soccer field are designed to provide lasting value for local residents while making the property active and welcoming throughout every season. We believe National Parks Baseball Resort can be more than a tournament destination—it can become a gathering place that benefits the entire region.

Planning ahead is one of the ways we're protecting the experience we've promised our teams. We want coaches and families to know that we are committed to delivering an incredible week of baseball from day one, and we're putting thoughtful contingency plans in place now so there are no surprises later.
